REPUBLIC DAY
Republic Day honors the day 26th January 1950 the Constitution of India came into force replacing the Government of India Act (1935) as the governing document of India.
It is one of three national holidays in India.
The main Republic Day celebration is held in the national capital, New Delhi, at the Rajpath before the President of India. On this day, ceremonious parades take place at the Rajpath, which are performed as a tribute to India; its unity in diversity and rich cultural heritage.

The Republic Day was celebrated amidst great excitement and patriotic fervor. It began with the hoisting of the tricolor flag by our esteemed correspondent and a patriotic speech mesmerizing the students.
The programme embraced of song and parade. Patriotic songs performed by the students. An excellent parade and salute event was held by our students. The school playground reverberated with patriotic fervor and enthusiasm.
The programme culminated with the feelings that the students of today hold the future of their country in their hands.
