The school observed International Non-Violence Day on 22nd October with great enthusiasm and active participation from students. The programme was organized with the objective of spreading awareness about the timeless values of truth, peace, and non-violence advocated by Mahatma Gandhi, the Father of the Nation.

Through engaging sessions and teacher interactions, students were guided to understand the true essence of non-violence and the continued relevance of Gandhian ideology in the modern world. Teachers highlighted how Mahatma Gandhi’s unwavering commitment to truth and non-violence became a powerful force for social change and played a pivotal role in India’s freedom struggle.

To encourage creativity and active involvement, a range of competitions were conducted, including drawing, poster making, essay writing, and digital presentations. Students expressed their ideas on non-violence, peace, and harmony with great enthusiasm, using art, writing, and digital media as powerful tools of expression.

These activities provided students with a meaningful platform to showcase their talents while deepening their understanding of moral and ethical values. The competitions also inspired students to practice non-violence in their daily lives and interactions.

The celebration of International Non-Violence Day was both educational and impactful, successfully instilling the values of truthfulness, tolerance, and peaceful coexistence among students and leaving a lasting impression on all participants.
