Igniting Minds: Vidhya Vishwalaya’s Newsletter Competition
At Vidhya Vishwalaya, we recently witnessed an inspiring display of journalistic talent and critical thinking during our highly anticipated Newsletter Competition. This engaging event brought together students from across two dynamic levels, with Grades 5 and 6 forming one spirited level, and Grades 7, 8, and 9 comprising another. Throughout the competition, our young learners enthusiastically delved into daily news, engaging in lively discussions and insightful analysis of current events. Each class was assigned a dedicated newsletter pinboard, strategically placed in our school corridors, which quickly transformed into vibrant hubs of information. Students diligently researched, added notes, and shared relevant details, creating a compelling visual narrative of the month’s happenings. The grand finale saw our students confidently presenting the most significant news and impactful events of the entire month. They proudly showcased their meticulously curated newsletter pinboards, fostering engaging discussions and thoughtful Q&A sessions with their peers. This initiative powerfully reinforced their research and analytical skills, while also cultivating essential communication and critical thinking abilities. It was truly a testament to the inquisitive spirit thriving at Vidhya Vishwalaya!
