Raising the Stakes in our Newsletter Competition
On September 27th, Vidhya Vishwalaya reached a new milestone in our journey toward journalistic excellence. While our students in Grades 5 through 9 continued to impress with their analytical pinboards and sophisticated PowerPoint presentations, this month featured an exciting new addition to our program.
To further ignite the spirit of inquiry, our Newsletter In-charge introduced the “News Hunter of the Month” challenge. This high-energy quiz was designed to test the students’ awareness of the events that unfolded throughout September. Every student from Grade 5 to 9 participated with equal fervor, transforming the competition into a thrilling display of knowledge and quick thinking.
The News Hunter title was awarded to the student who successfully navigated the toughest questions and demonstrated the most comprehensive understanding of the month’s news. This new initiative has sparked a healthy competitive mentality across the school, motivating students to stay curious and engaged with the world every single day.
By combining creative multimedia presentations with a competitive live quiz, we are ensuring that our students don’t just “see” the news—they master it. We are incredibly proud of the enthusiasm shown by all our participants and look forward to seeing who will claim the next title.
