To guide our students towards the different human values and to sow the seeds of integrity in their minds, bulletin board competition was held. Boards were adorned with vibrant sketches, messages, quotes and contents on the value “Integrity”.

Hands on Mould Workshop 2024

“Shaping creativity with every mold, one masterpiece at a time!”

Students from grades 4 to 8 participated in an exciting hands-on mold workshop. They explored the creative process of making toys using molds and plaster of Paris, developing their artistic skills and imagination. The unique and colorful creations will be proudly showcased at the upcoming art expo, celebrating the creativity and effort of our young artists.

Heritage Visit 2024

A heritage visit was organized on November 22nd and 23rd for students of classes 5 to 10, with the objective of providing immersive learning experiences in history, art, and culture. The visit aimed to inspire innovation and creativity among young minds while enhancing their understanding of cultural heritage. The selected destinations were Pondicherry, often referred to as the “French Riviera of the East,” and Mahabalipuram, a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its exemplary Dravidian art and architecture.

The first day was spent in Pondicherry, where students explored Auroville, the experimental township, the French War Memorial, the Pondicherry Museum, and the Rock Public Beach.

On the second day, the group visited Mahabalipuram, a historic town in Tamil Nadu famous for its ancient rock-cut temples and monolithic sculptures. The key attractions included the Shore Temple, the Five Rathas (Pancha Rathas), and the Butter Ball of Krishna, also known as Vaan Irai Kal.

These visits provided students with valuable hands-on learning, enabling them to engage with history and culture in a practical context, beyond the confines of textbooks. They also emphasized the importance of preserving cultural heritage and fostered a deeper appreciation for art and architecture.

Children’s Day Talent Showcase – A Heartfelt Thank You

Our Children’s Day Talent Showcase was a truly memorable celebration of creativity, talent, and enthusiasm! From stunning dance performances and soulful singing to impressive magic tricks, mimicry, and martial arts demonstrations like Karate, Kungfu and SIlambam were performed and our students wowed us all with their incredible skills.

Movies like Up, Inside out and Queen of Katwe were screened on that day for students. The movies made an everlasting impression upon the students.

International Day of Non Violence 2024

The International Day of Non-Violence is observed annually on October 2nd, the birthday of Mahatma Gandhi. It was established by the United Nations General Assembly in 2007 to promote peace and non-violence worldwide.

Mahatma Gandhi, a prominent figure in Indian history, championed the philosophy of non-violent resistance. His principles of Satyagraha (truth force) and Ahimsa (non-violence) inspired movements for civil rights and social change across the globe.

In our school, the International day of Non violence was celebrated on October 24 Thursday, with an event called ‘Harmony’. The Event was hosted by the Yuvavriksha Club. The club organized various competitions for various grade.

For students from Grade 1 to 3 it was colouring competition, drawing competition and picture drawing respectively.

For students from Grade 4 and 5 the competitions were Slogan waiting and Poster making. Apart from that the main highlight of the event was Orizuru making or the folded crane making. This Orizuru is considered as a symbol of Peace.

Elocution, Essay writing, Art and Poster making, Collage making and Newspaper report collage making. The Team wise competitions Included Treasure Hunt and Slogan and poster design. The following are the competitions for students of Grade 6 to 8.

The winners of the treasure hunt were to hand over a Dove – a symbol of peace and unity. The competitions helped to be aware of the importance of Non Violence and the necessity of peace in the global world.

Lingua Fiesta 2024

To commemorate International Literacy Day, our school organized the highly anticipated ‘Lingua Fiesta’ on 30th September 2024. This event aimed to highlight the significance of language skills and literacy in shaping a brighter future for our students. The fiesta brought together students from various grades, providing them with an exciting platform to showcase their language abilities through a series of creative and thought-provoking competitions.The day was filled with enthusiasm, creativity, and learning, as students embraced the joy of language through various competitions and activities. ‘Lingua Fiesta’ not only encouraged students to enhance their literacy skills but also fostered a deep appreciation for the role of language in their personal and academic growth.

Sports Day 2024

On September 21, 2024, we joyfully celebrated our Annual Sports Day on campus, with Tmt. Srinithi, the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Valparai, graced the occasion as the guest of honour.The day brimmed with excitement, promoting both fitness and fun, as students participated in various athletic events to showcase their talents.

The Annual Sports Day serves as a tribute to athleticism, teamwork, and school spirit, providing a platform for students to compete in a wide range of sports activities. Their dedication and skill were evident in every event, highlighting the values of perseverance and unity.

We would also like to extend our gratitude to the parents who took part in the organised games. Their enthusiastic involvement brought added energy to the day and demonstrated the vital role of family engagement in fostering a strong school community.

In recognition of their effort and enthusiasm, participating students were awarded certificates of appreciation, honouring their contributions to the day’s success. Overall, the event was a joyous celebration of fitness, competition, and community, leaving a lasting impact on everyone involved.

Annual Athletics Meet 2024

We triumphantly hosted our school’s Annual Athletics Meet on September 13, 2024, where students from the two houses, Conqueror and Conservation, vied against each other in a variety of sports events.

The day was filled with excitement as participants showcased their athletic abilities in track events, relay races, and other activities. It was a remarkable event that not only highlighted the students’ talents but also fostered a strong sense of community spirit, with everyone coming together to cheer for their houses and create unforgettable memories.

Athletics is essential for maintaining physical and mental well-being. Through their participation, students experienced the benefits of staying active, such as improved cardiovascular health, enhanced coordination, and increased endurance. Teachers Day 2024

Teacher’s Day in India is celebrated on September 5th every year. This day commemorates the birth anniversary of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, a renowned Indian philosopher, statesman, and former President of India

Teachers day was celebrated with great enthusiasm to express our love and care for our Teachers who are the pillars of our Institution.

The whole celebration was hosted by the students and the celebrations began with a dance performance of students. Various games were conducted by the students for the teachers which lightened the mood and brought smiles and fun to the Occasion. As a thankful gesture students handed over various gifts and chocolates to the teacher.

Marathon 2024

Our school proudly organised a marathon competition on August 31, 2024, at Jothi Nagar Park, Pollachi. This exciting event was designed to challenge ourselves while experiencing the thrill of running for personal achievement, community spirit, and sheer excitement.

The marathon featured a 5 km race for students and a 2.5 km race for parents and teachers, encouraging participants of all ages to come together and push their limits. Marathons are not just about physical endurance but also about mental resilience, dedication, and the pursuit of a healthy lifestyle. It was wonderful to see our students step up to the challenge, running with energy and enthusiasm.

A special appreciation goes to the parents who joined the race, setting an inspiring example for their children. Their active participation demonstrated the importance of a supportive family and community in achieving personal milestones. Their presence and commitment were vital in making this event a resounding success.
Together, we celebrated not only the spirit of competition but also the bonds that unite us as a school and community.
